Rugs vary in terms of their weaving styles, color dyes, fabrics types, and its age. These factors tell us how they are going to be cleaned, restored or processed for odor elimination or applying protectants. We have a multi-step process to clean the hand-woven rugs to avoid compromising their delicate color dyes and fabrics.

We do inspection and provide you with the report before cleaning the rugs in order to inform you about the pre-existing conditions, fiber content, color/dye types, cleaning concerns and required cleaning methods.  We use mechanical beaters which removes 10 times the amount of dust as compared to vacuuming. Deodorization is done through enzyme bath to remove the unpleasant odors from pet urine, dust residues or other sources. We perform rug grooming services as well to put the rugs on its original directions and strengthen the fringe. We dry the rugs in our heated drying room and provide you with post cleaning inspection as well.
